C.A.P.S. – Certified Aging in Place Specialist

C.A.P.S. is a program developed by the Remodelors™ Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in collaboration with the NAHB Research Center, NAHB 50+ Housing Council and the AARP. The C.A.P.S. program addresses the needs of homeowners whose dwellings require modifications to ensure they can continue to live at home independently, safely and comfortably.

As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, Space Builders has been trained in:

• The unique needs of the older adult population;
• Aging-in-place home modifications;
• Solutions to common barriers in the home.

Our professional staff has the experience and expertise to remodel your home so it is a barrier-free, aesthetically enriching environment.
